I’ve relied on a wide variety of technical skills throughout my career as a salaried HR professional. Some of the most important technical skills that I utilize on a daily basis include:

Data analysis
Effective communication
Project management
Conflict resolution
Time management
Problem solving
Critical thinking
Adaptability
Emotional intelligence
Attention to detail

Although I use these technical skills on a daily basis as an HR Manager, they are transferable and can be applied to any career path within the job market.
