Bhooshra, are you referring to the Cambridge IGSCE? If so, you may want to look into Art and Design and Design and Technology, if they are subjects you can choose. Look over the criteria carefully for each subject to see if your skill set is a fit. Since you want to pursue a career in fashion, the design subjects could potentially be a good fit.
