Currently a third year medical student so in a year and 8 months i will be getting my MD and the whole process so far has been worth it. Watching my wife in nursing and transitioning over to MD with me has been eye opening. The schooling is extremely hard, but it is also extremely rewarding seeing the difference in myself with knowledge in this short period of time is mind boggling. I never thought I would get this far, but here I am getting close to being a first generation doctor. I truly believe it is worth it even with the difficulty. I highly recommend it and if you have more questions just let me know. Great question.

Indeed, I trained during a time when the expenses of medical training weren't as daunting as they are now. However, beyond the noble cause of helping others, it's crucial to consider your financial stability and lifestyle. Yes, you'll surrender a significant portion of your youth, but the reward is a secure financial future. Ultimately, you must find joy in your work, because without passion, it's not truly rewarding.

Oh sure .! Working in the medical field help you to show your humanitarian spirit in helping others especially when for some just need your care and love as you help them cope with life challenges . in some states and provinces , you stand to benefit a lot when you visit grocery shops you are given waivers or discount as a health worker.
To add to that one become fulfilled when one help a patient survive a critical health problem.
