I recommend talking to people. About medical, about the weather, about their kids, whatever. A person could learn extraordinary things from a person! People can tell if someone is genuine or a fake. But talking to people is crucial. That thing called "bed side manner" is so important. Data & numbers are very important but those things come from a person. Remember people.
