There are many ways to earn money. If you are old enough to work in your state I would highly recommend putting in applications to places that offer flexibility with your school schedule. Often these are fast food places, or maybe even Walgreen's or CVS, both in my area hire high school kids. If this isn't an option for you then you could sell your talents. If you are particularly good with any school subjects? You could offer to tutor for a small fee, or if you are good in sports you could offer private coaching lessons. There is always cutting lawns, that would be something that you could do after school and on the weekends and it could easily be built upon.
