Is construction better than agriculture?

Construction is often contrasted with factory-based production, but in many ways agriculture is a better comparison so i was seeing if it would be better to join team agriculture or not.

Better how? What metric do you use to decide which of these is better?

salary
ease of work
hours
time off
location
any of about a hundred other metrics...

In my opinion, questions asking "what is better" cannot be answered by anyone but the asker, since everyone will use different priorities and weights to all the factors. Just because I think it's better (or worse) doesn't mean you would agree.
