Hello Anthony,

It seems like you have a lot going on at the moment. I hope these ideas would help:

(1) Self-reminder - I think it is very important to remind yourself why you started this journey, and what will you achieve if you keep going. College years can be challenging, but nothing worthwhile ever comes easy! With the right amount of commitment and effort, you will succeed!

(2) Stay organized - I find it helpful during my college years to have an organized schedule of classes and tasks. I would put in all the important dates on my calendar (e.g. each exam/assignment due) and this helps me stay on track with school.

(3) Study buddy - Having a study buddy can make studying more interesting! Find someone you could meet regularly with and to hold you accountable and motivated throughout the school year. You may gain new perspective on a subject too!

(4) Resources - Take advantage of your school resources! If you are really struggling with a class, look to see if your school provides tutoring services for that class. They are usually free! You could also seek help from your professors or TAs. Not to forget the school library!

(5) Breaks - It is very easy to get overwhelmed with school, especially if you have other commitments in life. Remember to always take little breaks to relax and de-stress. Don't forget to celebrate little achievements too!

Good luck!
