About

I’m an infectious diseases activist and seasoned healthcare professional with a focus on health education as a tool for bringing public health issues, particularly epidemiological health issues, to light. More so, I have experience in administering training, collecting documentation/analyzing, and assisting with a variety of community-based health programs on diseases prevention with the end objective of creating a healthier world through health education.

Additionally, I am a health researcher who believes that research is the tool that may be utilized to examine the past, maintain the present, and anticipate/predict the future, and as such, I would like to establish public health research centres to birth discoveries and interventions in the control of infectious diseases and enhance action research as per new disease outbreak.

I have lived a life of a humanitarian with international and local voluntary activities added to my name, and I am the founder and lead coordinator of Health Tonic – a public health response force, I’m also a member of the United People Group headquartered in Switzerland and I was a fellow at the One Young World pandemic Preparedness cohot in August- October 2021 and a recipient of the Equity Impact scholarship.

I have experience and credentials in procurement and supply chain management in addition to medical/health. I served as a procurement officer and as an assistant farm manager/procurement officer at d-upstream Management Nigeria Limited and Pen Havilah Global Resources respectively. I'm not averse to working in procurement offices because I'm well-versed in the field just as in the field of health.

Above all, I aspire to be a professor of public health where I can impart my knowledge, mentor, and build a strong public health response force among students in Nigeria.
