I have a Master's Degree in Forensic Science/Crime Scene Investigation from George Washington University (2003)
I have a BS in Criminal Justice/Medical Laboratory Technology from Old Dominion University (2002)
I have worked in the forensic field for 14 years. 5 1/2 years were spent working as a Crime Scene Technician. I became a Certified Crime Scene Investigator in 2006 and still hold my certification. The last 9 years I have worked in the laboratory processing evidence for latent fingerprints. I am trained as a Footwear/Tire Track Examiner also and have been working in this capacity for the last 7 years. I currently work within 2 disciplines.
