<p>During my tenure as Nursing Instructor my focus was primarily Geriatric Care. I taught Home Health Aids, Certified Nursing Assistants and Licensed Vocational Nurses. All with a focus on Senior Care. My responsibilities were to prepare students for the State Board Exams, and allow them hands-on experience at various types of Senior Facilities. I've worked as Director of Staff Development for a number of Nursing Homes, and I am considered an Expert on Senior Care by the State of California Board of Licensed Vocational Nurses and psychiatric Technicians. </p>
