Hey Adèle! 😄
So you’re thinking about becoming a **real estate agent**? That’s awesome! 🏡✨
When it comes to the mandatory diploma for the job, it really depends on the province you’re in because Canada’s rules are like a variety of toppings on a pizza (a little different everywhere). But generally, **you do need specific training** before you can get licensed.
For example, in **Quebec**, you’ll need to take an **official training program** (think of it as a crash course in real estate magic 🧙♀️), and once you pass that, you can sit for the **licensing exam**. If you pass, *bam* you can officially rock the real estate world!
Here’s the quick rundown:
1. **Complete recognized training courses.**
2. **Pass the exam.**
3. **Get your license and start hustling.**
If you want more details, check out the links below:

Good luck, and may the property deals be ever in your favor! 😉

Hi Adele,
In Canada, every province has their own requirements to be licensed as a real estate broker. In Quebec, you need to take one of the recognized training courses before you can take the licensing exam. I have left a link to the accepted courses below. If you pass the exam, you can apply for your license.
Good luck!
