Is Nc State worth it?

Hello, I am a Highschool Senior about to graduate and I can't decide where to go for college. I really wanted to go to NC State, but I did not get a full ride and I'm wondering if it's worth the debt to go there. (I got offered 60% in financial aid). My question is, is it worth it?
