Look for digital posts on fb casting groups local to your area. Beware of anything that wants a subscription in order to apply. Be open to things you may not have considered and as a model you need to be willing to push your comfort zone. If you can find joy at looking at yourself in the mirror (not superficially) but as a person and resonate with a unique vibe you will most likely be found by the right people in the modeling and fashion industry. Maxim Cover Girl has an active competition right now that I'm doing. I believe there is still time to submit. I believe everyone has something to contribute and that includes you! Yes, I'm willing for you to try that if you feel drawn to it. Let's be a force for good in modeling authenticity and collaboration. Collaboration and willingness to change from your set idea and be flexible is important in the modeling and fashion industry. I believe you have what it takes. The question is do you believe you have what it takes?
If you can or can get yourself to believe you have what it take by any means that help you (mantras and affirmations help if you are comfortable with those provided you do them fairly regularly). Make sure that when you have your photo's taken that there is at least one clean headshot and use if you can photo editing software. Utilize your background and all your quirks to your advantage. The modeling industry is interested in those unusual quirks to the best of my knowledge.
I believe in you! You've got this!
