Would it be beneficial to pursue a minor in Spanish?
As an incoming freshman attending FGCU and pursuing a Marketing major, how beneficial would it be to take on extra courses in Spanish?

Hola Abby! I think it would be a good idea to consider a minor in Spanish. It can improve your communication skills, understanding of different cultures, and job prospects. However, it's important to think about how much work you already have. Make sure to focus on your major and ensure you have enough time for it first. If a minor feels too overwhelming, you could learn Spanish as a hobby instead. There are many helpful apps like Duolingo, and you can also use AI tools to assist with learning. Good luck!
