As in, is it hard to know where to put your money and/or other allocations?

While I won’t direct you where to put your money, I can offer some advice that has served me well.
You can’t make-up your early career years for investing. Starting out I know that it can be difficult to see your money coming out of your paycheck, but this money will grow throughout your career.
Take advantage of any company matches. If you don’t contribute to the highest level your company will match, then your are leaving money on the table.
