Any online programs for someone who is currently sophomore who will be a junior next fall?

I'm interested in medicine, so I am interested in looking for internships to strengthen my college resume and my job resume overall. Everything I see so far is only for juniors and seniors. I just want anything that I am able to do online without having to go miles away by train or plane

If your school hosts job expos or career fairs, try your best to go. Also, check out research opportunities at your school. Your current or past professors can be a good place to start.

Check out Forage for job simulations! They have life sciences projects that you can complete in a few hours. It looks great on your resume and gives you an idea of what to expect in your career. This isn’t directly related to medicine, but Seaside Sustainability has internships (remote) for high school students! Although unpaid, you can gain a lot of experience & transferable skills if you land a spot. Be sure to look at their offerings - they have research that might appeal to recruiters if you pursue career in medicine (since medicine does require a lot of research)!
