What are the pros and cons of CareerVillage COACH AI?
I am doing a little research on different coaching ai systems and stumbled across COACH. If anyone has used COACH, what are ways the ai could improve and how can I use it effectively?

Wow....Great choice looking into Coach by CareerVillage—it is one of the best free resources out there.
The biggest pros are that it's 100% free with no hidden paywalls, highly ethical/bias-checked, and gives great structured, step-by-step chat guides for resume building and interview prep.
The main cons are that it is completely text-based (no visual career maps), heavily focused on the US job market, and can sometimes feel a bit basic if you already have a lot of work experience.
To use it effectively: Don't just ask it random questions. Use the built-in 'Activity Menu' for specialized tasks like mock interviews, and always use its feedback to build a foundation that you can later double-check with a human mentor or counselor!...
