Do your hobbies reflect what major you'll pursue in college?

Right now I participate in Track and Field/Cross Country in my high school but I want to go to college and major in architecture related majors. Is it possible that I can go college and participate in this sport as well as studying in this field?

They don't have to, but I like mine too so that I know I'm going into a career I can do long term and enjoy.

I would say that if this is something that you want to pursue in college, that you check on scholarships for your sport. This way you could not only get help with expenses but also combine something you love doing with something you want to do in your future. This would be a great way to combine the two to benefit you.
