I advise you to take night classes and give yourself a lot of time to study. 75% is hands on work so being able to identify what muscles are what on the body is really best for you to get around the practical of skill set in school and outside in the Feild. Slowly building stamina is a good thing to be able to knock out 6-7 hours of bodywork in the feild. It’s not overnight but you’ll make it. Also try to get under professionals hands and get exchanges to get feedback it will be helpful for your career.

Going back to school while working full-time and raising two kids is definitely challenging. You need to manage your time well with some planning and organization. A good first step is mapping out your time. Write down all your fixed responsibilities, like work hours, kids' schedules, and family commitments. Then, find blocks of time you can dedicate to studying, practicing, or completing assignments.

Next, you should prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance. Focus on assignments and study sessions that have deadlines or exams coming up, while leaving less critical tasks for later. You should also set realistic goals each week, like completing a certain number of chapters, practice hours, or assignments. This helps keep you on track without feeling like you have to do everything at once.

Another important strategy is creating a dedicated study environment. Even if it's just a small corner of your home, having a spot where you can focus without distractions will help you be more productive. If that's not possible, you can use lunch breaks, early mornings, or evenings after your kids are asleep to study.

With planning, focus, and self-care, you can succeed in your massage therapy program while keeping your life balanced. All the best.
