Miko’s Answer

Any interview can be stressful, especially for college applications! Depending on how comfortable you are with them already, practicing them over time usually helps.

The whole process can be daunting, so I've found it helpful to break down all the pieces. For example, they'll usually ask something like "Tell me about yourself" and I'll take my time to just focus on getting used to answering that in a way that feel authentic.

For college applications, they'll also likely ask some version of "what have you accomplished in high school?" and "why do you want to go to school here?".
