What is the best way to stay focused while studying?

I am a Senior in High School, but I plan to do dual enrollment into both a trade school and a university at once.

The best way to stay focused while studying is a technique I learned taking psychology which is to eat something with sugar while studying another one is to not get one electronics or look at screens like tv's during breaks to help keep you focused going for a walk is best to keep you focused and also developing a reward system during studying to help keep you motivated.

Know your limits. Many people learn in different ways. Some people are visual learners, others learn by listening and you know what best works for you.

In order to stay focused, I would remove the distractions, such as phones, TVs, etc... anything that would draw your attention away from your studies. Also, block off time to study, I would suggest the same time every day so you can form a routine or habit. Important, don't wait until the last minute to study or complete your assignments. If you try to do a little each day and stay current with your work, you will feel less overwhelmed.

Sometimes writing down your notes may help to retain information; use highlighters and review what you are writing down during studying.
Get a snack and if music helps, play it in the background. I hope this helps and good luck!
