Will I be able to get hospital experience during school for my major ?

I am planning to major as a health science and I wanted to know if I would be able to get a job or experience hospital life during school.

One of the easiest ways to get involved is through volunteering. Some hospitals and clinics allow college students to volunteer. You won't be doing medical procedures, but you can help with basic tasks, talk with patients, and see how a hospital works. Volunteering is usually flexible, so you can fit it around your classes.

You might also be able to get a part-time job in a hospital. Some jobs don't require a lot of experience, such as patient transport, unit clerk, or working with medical records. These roles can help you learn how a hospital runs and give you real work experience. Each hospital has its own rules, so some places may offer training while others may want previous experience.
