What advice can be given to me as someone who'd like to become a pediatrician in the future??

Hello, my name is Sameea and I'm in my last year of high school. I been thinking of what I've wanted my career to be in the future, and It was a Pediatrician. To all those who work as a Pediatric nurse, I have a few questions for you. What are the top responsibilities as a Pediatrician? On a typical day in this position what do you do? What parts of this job can seem challenging? As someone who'd like to become a pediatrician, what advice could you give me? Are there specific skills you need to become a pediatrician and what degrees do you need to become one? The last question I'd like to ask isWhat personal qualities or abilities are important to being successful in this job?
