How can I get fully funded scholarship but I don't have any IELTS score?
I'm a student of Bangladesh and I currently completed my 12th grade with the point of 5 (Out of the scale of 5) . I can speak English perfectly but my family don't support me to go outside of country that's why I can't give IELTS exam ,so I need scholarship without IELTS . The problem is that I don't know that how to write a proper and perfect study pan and motivational letter.

You should apply to as many scholarships as possible because no scholarship is too small and everything adds up over time. Even if you feel like you do not fully meet the requirements, it is still worth shooting your shot. Many scholarships have to be used, and sometimes they go unclaimed simply because no one applies. My brother actually received a scholarship just because he was the only person who applied for it. You never really know what you might get, and the only thing you risk losing is a little bit of time filling out the application.

Thank you for your response. Which scholarship your brother was applied for and which country it was? Is he apply without IELTS and what types of documents he needs for apply ? Is he applied for study in abroad? Please give me the answers of these questions it's important for me to prepare my documents as soon as possible I can.
