Getting call for an interview is a good sign that means your resume is strong enough.
You can consider fixing these things.
Focus on clear communication, positive energy, and enthusiasm for this job.
Prepare 3 stories about your skills, problem-solving, your strengths, and your weaknesses, with examples, and be honest.
Use of the STAR method:
Situation Task. Action. Result
Research the company:
What they want, why you want to join them, and why this role is appropriate for you.
Ask good questions, such as
What is success like in this role?
What is the culture in the team like?
Practice a mock interview with a friend or in front of a mirror.
Send a thank you note and follow-up email,
Best of luck,

Hi Hafsa, this is a good question and it's great you're getting interviews.
Typically, good candidates for a job are reliable and enthusiastic about the role.
Of course, depending on the exact work, there are other elements that make a good candidate. But across many workplaces, hiring managers are trying to assess if an employee will be trustworthy and dedicated to their job during the interview process.
When I've been interviewing for jobs and not getting callbacks, I've reflected on how I could better demonstrate my skills and experiences during the conversation.
I'm suggesting some next steps that have helped me before, like thinking of a few examples I might want to include during interviews; practicing interview questions with someone I'm comfortable with; and asking direct questions during the interview. Good luck!
Ask a friend (or someone you trust) to practice interview questions.
Consider asking "What makes a good candidate for this job?" during your next interview.
Think about examples of when you were reliable during a job, group project, or school assignment.

There are actually many videos on YouTube that detail what to do and what not to do during interviews. You should watch some of those and write down all the suggestions & tips they provide before going into your next interview.
Also, if you have a friend that could role play and you can practice those suggestions & tips in mock interviews, that would be helpful too.
