Request for Feedback on My Motivation Letter for Turkey Scholarship?

Here is my draft: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1wHT2B3otW-3F6zDTdQ5nvUrE9HOPLx1g3xCLazi9ggQ/edit?usp=sharing A few things I am especially concerned about: Does it clearly explain why I want to study Computer Science? Does it show my interest in studying in Turkey? Is the story flow and structure easy to follow? Any other improvement suggestions are welcome. Thank you so much for your help!
