What is the process for retraining in a different specialty, or transitioning to a non-clinical career?
I am a year 10 high school student, hoping to pursue a career in medicine. I am interested in becoming a paediatrician, but am curious how I would be able to specialise or transition to different areas within working clinically and non-clinical fields. For my year 11 subjects I. am doing, chemistry, biology, psychology, math methods and energy systems. I will continue on tp do these subjects in year 12 as well.

I am a final year Computer Science and Business Systems student from India. My interests include AI, healthcare technology, data analytics, research, and entrepreneurship. I have completed internships at ICMR NIE and Menmozhi Technologies and am building AI based solutions for accessible education and healthcare. I hope to pursue graduate studies abroad and would appreciate advice on the technical and leadership skills I should prioritize.

How can you find yourself, not working ;against the grain ?
Have the college education, but do I have the right stuff to complete in this competitive workforce. The appearance have drastically changed from cheerleader to old maid. Is their life out there. Lost in the woods, and looking to escape into the workforce and find myself; again working against grain.
What skills i should learn?
I dedicate my last few years for prepration to get into state services but unfortunately i did not receive any positive outcome. So now I am thinking to shift my dedication to something valuable that can get me into some legitimate organisation

I'm currently a junior who is expected to graduate a semester early. I'm a communications major with an interest in sports/entertainment. My original plan was to do a masters for sports management abroad to get into motorsports. Now, I'm unsure what I really wanna do. I was originally a vocal student before college and thought I would continue with that.
