What should I be learning as a student graduating a year from now to get his foot into a financial analysis role What can I do to learn those things? How can I master those required skills? What should I know by the time I graduate??
-I sped up my grad date meaning ,I'm taking classes at a faster pace. -Just started working on my bachelors so I don't have that many business classes under my belt. -No internships since they all deny me for not having experience.
What are good degree options for a 20-year-old leaving ABA?
I’m 20 years old and planning to go to college. I’ve been in ABA for 7 months making $22/hr, and I don’t have a passion to pursue this field long-term. The job is both physically and mentally demanding, and I’ve received little to no support in what feels like an extremely unethical work environment. Right now, my main focus is to get my associate’s degree, but I want out of ABA as quickly as possible. I’m looking for something that can lead to a stable, supportive, and beneficial career with opportunities to grow. I can’t do programs that require clinicals because I need to work full-time while in school, but I am open to other healthcare-related roles. My main interests include psychology, law, beauty/cosmetology, and business. I’ve considered becoming a paralegal, but I live in a small city and I don’t think there are many job listings in that field. I’m open to other options as well—I just want something where I can get good support, decent pay, and long-term advancement opportunities.
How will I make it?
I am an upcoming senior, I’m stressed about what I want to become and where I’m going to end up. I know I want to help children and do something in the healthcare, I’ve always wanted to work with children and babies. I’m just not confident enough to pick what to do and if I’m smart enough for it.

How can I transition from Pharmacy to healthcare consulting?
I am a senior band 8a Pharmacist and Independent Prescriber with 10 years experience in various settings including digital/telehealth, physical and mental health Trusts. I have an established record of delivering significant cost savings through large scale medicines optimisation and biosimilar switches. I have experience in clinical governance by way of being elected as a Staff Governor to sit on the Council of Governors and also a Core20PLUS Ambassador Alumni with NHS England and NHS Improvement to address healthcare inequalities. With this background, I'd like to move into healthcare consulting. Please advise on the best strategy to transition (ideally without a drastic pay cut). Thanks.

How do I get refferals for Co-Ops and Internships I'm applying for?
What’s the best way for students to get referrals for co‑ops or internships? I’m trying to understand how the process usually works and what steps actually make a difference. I've already completed one Co-Op as a financial analyst at TJX, but did that without referrals or networking. Any advice from people who’ve been on either side of the referral process would be really helpful.
How do I make the most of my internship?
Hello! I am a current high school senior, and I am interested in going to law school and pursuing a career in law! Right now, I am currently interning for my local courts. The primary thing that I do is observe court cases, and interact with court officials and employees. My question is, how do I make the most of my internship, and how can I make it beneficial in advancing my career goals? Are there any specific questions I should be asking or any specific things I should be doing?
When should I say "I am familiar with"? When should I say "I am profficient at"? When can I call myself an expert or SME?
When you apply for jobs, there is usually a marker for time worked at 1-2 years, 5+ years, and 10+ years. At what point should I qualify myself as familiar, profficient, or an expert? Does having a credential help lessen the time required to be considered an expert?

How can I get Vacation work opportunities for an Electrical Engineering Student in Johannesburg?
I’m a third-year Electrical Engineering student at the University of the Witwatersrand, and as part of my graduation requirements I need to complete 29 days of vacation work. I’ve already applied to the advertised opportunities and company websites I could find, but I’m struggling to secure a placement. I’m also on LinkedIn, but I’m unsure about the best way to approach people there — who to contact, how to ask professionally, and whether networking directly is appropriate. If anyone has advice, recommendations, or knows of companies still accepting vacation work students, I would really appreciate the help.
