What should I know about studying kinesiology?

I'm heading into my Junior year of HS, and have started to narrow down some possible career options. Currently my main focus is becoming a Sports Med Physician, and majoring in kinesiology before going on to earn my DO at an Osteopathic Med school. Is there a list of pros/cons to studying kinesiology that I should know before deciding on this field? Are there any internship-like opportunities that I should look at getting involved in for these next two years of high school? Anything else that would be important for me to know when deciding my pathway? Because I want to earn my DO instead of an MD is kinesiology the right undergrad pathway, or should I earn my bachelor's in something else?

What sport, track, or soccer would be better to focus on after my ACL reconstruction surgery?

I am a 7th grader who's having ACL reconstruction surgery this week, and I was wondering if anyone has any advice on which sport has a greater guarantee of me making it to the collegiate level and getting a scholarship. For those of you who think track, could you give me some good form workouts for sprinting and exercises to help me sprint faster? And those who think soccer is better, could I get tips on how to get scouted, what scouts specifically look for, especially if I will be trying out for club soccer (I have tried out in the past), and for my state's academy?

How do I keep myself fit and healthy for when I can do sports again?

I am a seventh grader who plays soccer and track and wants to do both in college. I recently tore my ACL and will not be able to do sports for a while. I know this site is for more desk management type of stuff, but does anyone know of exercise and workouts to do to keep in shape while recovering from ACL surgery? And does anyone know of things to do to keep depression and loneliness at bay?
