How do I make a college spreadsheet easily as a rising high school freshman, and how do I actually activate it?

I’m a driven and creative 8th grader at Founders Classical Academy of Rogers who loves leadership, music, sports, and faith. I serve as Secretary of NJHS, participate in student council and choir, and play volleyball. I aspire to become valedictorian, attend a top university, and build a future where I can lead, inspire others, and honor Jesus through my talents and achievements. In the future, I hope to study Biomedical Engineering, pediatric nursing, pediatric psychology, or marketing. I also enjoy singing, songwriting, and reading.

As a student who is highly involved in leadership, academics, athletics, music, service, and communication, and who is interested in careers ranging from biomedical engineering and pediatric healthcare to psychology, PR, and marketing, how can I strategically determine which path genuinely aligns with my strengths, personality, purpose, and long-term fulfillment rather than just achievement or external success What experiences, habits, skills, and personal qualities should I focus on developing now to discern whether I am better suited for highly analytical STEM-based careers, people-centered service careers, or creative leadership-focused careers, while also avoiding burnout, maintaining strong character and faith, and positioning myself for meaningful impact and future success??

How can a student who is deeply involved in leadership, athletics, music, service, and academics determine whether they are better suited for a career that is science-based and analytical, like biomedical engineering or pediatric nursing, versus one that is people-centered and creative, like pediatric psychology or public relations/marketing What experiences, skills, or personality traits should I pay the most attention to now so I can make the wisest long-term decision?

How can I stand out to college athletic recruiters on my current volleyball team?

I am a 2028 volleyball setter starting the recruiting process (prob going d3). I am not on the best club team, and we usually win about half of our games and end up in silver or bronze bracket. Next year I am probably switching clubs and trying to get on a better team, but what can I do this year on this worse team to make myself stand out?

What should I do to be sure that a Physician Assistant is what I actually want to do before I continue to take classes and work towards a degree ?

I really want to be a part of the medical field and I have recently learned that physicians assistants are in a growing need. I just want to make sure that before I take out loans and spend money on a degree that this is actually what I want to do for life.

What is the best academic route to follow if I am trying to decide on a career as either an athletic trainer, personal trainer, or possibly as a coach? #Spring25

I have always been involved in sports. I played volleyball in high school and will be playing beach volleyball in college. I would like a career where I am still involved in sports in some way. I would love to help young people achieve their athletic dreams. I have been inspired by so many trainers and coaches along the way and would love to share that love of sports.

I’m really passionate for sports but haven’t fully committed to a single sport yet, and I just finished my sophomore year of high school, should I try committing to a single one for a college scholarship?

My entire childhood was soccer. When the pandemic hit, I stopped playing and got very rusty, then late pandemic I tried out for a travel team and was a disaster. I played on, knowing that improvement comes with practice. In eighth grade I played basketball. Last year in freshman year I played american football and volleyball (a long break from soccer). This year, I went back to soccer and played not too bad although I was injured for half the season, then I wrestled during the winter (which I loved and was good at), then I played volleyball again (which I have potential in). Since I grew up with soccer and have a lot of it in my argentine culture, I truly have a passion for the sport although my skills in wrestling and volleyball have huge potential. Right now I’m practicing non-stop to get ready for the soccer season in junior year and am thinking in pursuing in that, but I’m not sure if I’m wasting potential in wrestling or volleyball. Should I pursue in one sport and play club instead of two other sports and try getting a scholarship or have my fun in all three?

How do I get into the US National Volleyball Team

I've tried to do some research but in the end, I've still come up with no results other than, "work hard" and "get noticed". I want to know how exactly. Do I have to get scouted by the US national team or can I send them an email? I want to go to college and then join the team so that I'll be able to have a good job after I retire from volleyball.
