How can I start building skills now that will help prepare me for the career I’m interested in?
I am a high school student who is starting to think about future careers. I’m still exploring different options and want to know what skills I should focus on building now, both in school and outside of school. I’m especially interested in improving my communication, life, and interview skills so I can be better prepared in the future. Any advice would be helpful.
When looking for internships, how can I stand out from other applicants with skills that may be the bare minimum?
I am studying Computer Application Development at a trade school. I often view postings for open positions that are way out of my skillset. I am worried I have not accomplished enough despite working constantly. I would like my next job to be in industry, but am struggling to find open positions as well.

Im 18 years old, I am good at math and love helping people.

ive always known you cant start at the top when first getting a job. But ive always wondered is there a way to get a head start? would i need any programs or experiences? Would a high level university be enough?

Im in the 8th grade and I wanted to figure out if Hospitality Soft Skills are just in the hospitality industry or if the soft skills apply to any job.
