How to let go after submitting college applications?
How do I let go after submitting my college applications? I'm so stressed about them but there's nothing left to do except apply to scholarships (most of which should be need based from the actual school I choose). There's nothing left to worry about but I'm more stressed than when I was applying.

A) I've never really had to study, as school's been easy so far, and I'm scared for when it gets harder. B) I'm uncertain how I will take care of my mental health while away in college, and I am scared for this.
How can I pursue my major (and eventually career) in psychology without becoming burnt out?
I want to become a psychiatrist, but it’s my understanding that most people leave this field due to burnt out. Am I making the right choice by pursing it?
