How can I efficiently double major in engineering and theater?
I am a senior in High School, going to UCSD, planning on double-majoring in Mechanical Engineering and Theater. Any advice on study habits, course selection, and time management to help make that happen? I am very passionate about both fields and hope to create careers in both as well, not one career that includes both like tech theater or set design. How can I make this happen without burning out from taking so many courses?
How do I avoid extreme burnout in college ?
I really want to succeed and make my family proud, but I want to have a comfortable balance between my molecular biology and art history major and a fun social life filled with things like attending aquariums, fun coffee shops, and gaining cool experiences! I'm scared that I will struggle to find a stable way to make both my academic career and social life count without letting one take over.
How do I build a future that feels like my own?
As an incoming freshman nursing student, I know that the definition of success in the industry is finding a role that provides care but also has substantial pay scales as well, which is why many in the industry head to hospitals or private practice. However, I want to build a successful future where I give back to my community, while caring for myself financially and mentally. I do not want the burnout I see from so many, but feel called to this industry and to serve others due to my own life experiences. What tips do you have for building my own future and not what society labels as successful?

I often hear teachers complain about the struggles of teaching? I have also worked with teachers who often say how exhausted they are, and how hard it is to keep going, I am interested on how to avoid this.

Throughout high school I consistently overcommitted myself to a plethora of diverse activities like robotics, marching band, and theater. How do I help ensure I'm able to prioritize personal health and success at a university that has such abundant oppurtunity?

School is so overwhelming. I start nursing school in the fall and I am worried that I wont be able to pay for school because of how demanding school will be. Juggling everything else on top of that is going to be hard as well. Any and all tips are appreciated!
