What are the best ways to manage stress while trying to get done with school work? I love the idea of biology but what if I get over-stimulated and need a break? Could I ask my teachers if I could take a break or not even try?

I am in middle school in 6th grade and I am dealing with stress. I just want to know because I know the stress will only keep building so I know how to get my school work done and handle stress at the same time. I also tackle football and love aggression but sometimes I love soft, quiet music to calm racing thoughts.

I am also looking for general advice on time management, staying organized, and avoiding burnout during the first year of college.
