What are some ways to determine which college major I want to study in college as a high schooler, especially under the pre-med or medical branch?

I believe my long term goal is to become a mortician, but i am not 100% sold yet. I am looking to learn more about career paths or fields that work closely with morticians?

I want to get into photography but I think that I would need skill first before actually getting into it. I need clarification on that so I can see what I have to do.
