Hey Guilherme, as someone who also moved abroad from Latin America and had to prove English proficiency, I understand your situation. Being in Australia is a great advantage for IELTS preparation. Try to immerse yourself in English by talking to locals, watching Australian TV without subtitles, listening to podcasts, and thinking in English. For IELTS prep, use the free resources on the British Council website and official practice tests to get familiar with the format and timing. Each section (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking) requires different strategies. For Listening, practice with various accents; for Reading, focus on skimming and scanning; for Writing, learn the essay structures and practice timed essays; for Speaking, record your answers and aim for fluency. Apps like IELTS Prep by the British Council, BBC Learning English, and YouTube channels like E2 IELTS are helpful and free. A consistent 6 to 8 weeks of daily practice and a few full mock tests should prepare you well for the exam. Best of luck!

Hello and thank you for your question. You're young enough to check out "The International Baccalaureate Organization", "American Peace and Job Corps", and possibly check out the American military. All allow assistance to students like you. Good luck.
