With regards to personal branding. What aspect of personal branding do you look at most when reviewing a candidate or employee? What should shine and what should be avoided?
Starting my professional life in the 00's, there was never a need for personal branding unless you worked for yourself and had a particular skill. Now it seems to be almost as important as a resume. From me starting out professionally with employers saying "you may not want to get a Facebook account because it can be held against you when getting a job" to " you might not get a job if they can't find you on any social media" is a pretty big change. What makes or breaks a candidate with personal branding? What looks best? Should it incorporate a person's profession or is it better to see someone's passion projects and persona shine when personal branding?

Any advice on internship hunting?
And suddenly, I do not know what I want to do. I am in the IT industry. Everything just feels so difficult and draining. I still do not know what I want to do. I don't have a knack for programming, networking or any other technical concepts. My experience is more on the UI/UX sector but deep in my head, I am not sure if I need confidence or am I just pretending I can do it. I vibe coded a web app for myself and realized...I cannot code without AI not especially the backend + connecting the logic... I am applying for an internship soon next week. I am not sure what role I want to explore but the requirement is something related to IT. In a very fast-paced industry, I am behind. This internship means a lot to me but it is just so hard.

How did you find a balance between pursuing a technical career (like engineering or healthcare innovation) and keeping your sense of personal meaning and purpose alive during college and early career stages? #Spring25
I’m passionate about biomedical engineering and using technology to make healthcare more accessible and compassionate. While I’m deeply excited about innovation and problem-solving, I also care a lot about preserving a sense of meaning, empathy, and personal fulfillment in my future career. Sometimes it feels like technical fields can become very metrics-driven or focused only on results, and I want to make sure I never lose sight of the "why" behind what I do — making real lives better. I would love to hear about your experiences balancing the practical demands of a technical career with maintaining personal values, creativity, or emotional purpose. Were there particular challenges you faced during college or early in your career? Did you ever feel disconnected from your original goals, and if so, how did you realign yourself? Any advice would be really appreciated as I’m starting to map out my own college journey and long-term goals.

It can be anything that comes to mind, whether it's academic, personal, social, etc. I'm just curious about what stuck with you most after college, or what was something you had to learn the hard way. Thank you! #Spring25
