Hi Julian,
First of all, "good model" doesn't mean flawless, they can be big shot, they can be small potato too, they might be friends around you, they might be people you stay with everyday, you parents, you teachers/coacher, for sure they might be a star who motivates you, they might be the ancients you know them from a book... the most important is their behaviors, choices, experience and attitudes help you learn and grow.
We might have multiple models in our life, we learn different thing from them which makes us better and better day by day. What a good model can give us is not what they have, but who they are, how they face difficulty, pressure. A good model treats others with empathy and compassion, and contributes positively to others’ lives.
We might have one only model in our life too, it doesn't matter. Again the most important is we can learn how to grow better and who can help us build up correct worldview, outlook on life and values.
