How will I find a research topic when everything sounds so interesting? #Spring26

I'm majoring in Biology, and I'm unsure of what my concentration will be. I also have to write a thesis for the Honors Program for my college, so I'm trying to think about that early.

Try to manage all your responsibilities, whether it's school, job, internship, or similar, through consistent meditation and yoga. This will reduce the stress of any task. This will allow you to focus on your studies in the present, even if you don't have future responsibilities.
