What are ways you navigate stress of school and life?
I'm currently in nursing school full time, and working. I struggle finding new ways to study and have time for myself to decompress as well.

Balancing school, work, and life is challenging, especially in a demanding field like nursing. One things that helped me was realizing that rest is not a reward, it's a necessity. Try breaking lard assignments into smaller tasks and scheduling study time the same way you would schedule a class or work shift. Also, make time for activities that help you recharge, even if it's only 15-30 minutes a day. A walk (my personal favorite), exercise, spending time with loved ones, reading, or a favorite hobby can help reduce stress and improve focus. Remember that taking care of yourself is not separate from being successful; it's part of being successful.

Find hobbies or things you like to do and make sure you carve out time and do them. It could be anything from taking a daily 15 minute walk, going to the gym, cooking dinner or meal prepping for the week ahead, reading 15 minutes before bed, doing a face mask, taking a bath, stopping at your favorite coffee shop, calling a friend, etc. You just have to make time for whatever helps you destress and stay committed to it. In addition, if you're stressed and crunched for time, sometimes a simple change like getting up 15-30 minutes earlier can help give you a longer day and be able to have the time to do things that you normally do not have time for.
