How do I start tutoring?

How much money does tutoring kids In kindergarten - 6th grade in math make? How do I start doing this Job ? And is it part time and can I chose my hours?

I think the answer will depend on your overall grades as well as the type of students you are looking to tutor. A few people I know who do tutoring for students typically charge somewhere between $15 and $40 per hour. You could potentially offer a free hour of tutoring as a way to show your style works.

With a bachelor's degree you could charge $20-$25 per hour, otherwise I think $15 per hour is pretty standard. You could do this part-time and make your own hours depending on your availability. You would need to advertise in some way to get some clients like through word-of-mouth and telling people, passing out or hanging fliers, or posting on social media. Another good option for starting out as a tutor is to be a virtual tutor. There are a lot of companies that hire tutors to tutor over zoom, like Varsity Tutors.
