What's the best way to get an internship?
I'm entering Purdue as a freshman this fall and was considering doing an internship next summer (2027), but don't know the best way to go about it. I know there's an annual career fair that would be good for connections, but I'm not sure what to look for in terms of expectations and benefits.

Hi there! You career center office at Purdue can help connect you to all things internship and one of those things is a career fair! They also can help you think about organizations that usually recruit at Purdue while also preparing your resume and interview schools as you go into the career fair. My favorite thing is to use LinkedIn and search for your university and see where people are going with your degree and location interests. That can help you get started in viewing companies and roles that may be available to you.
