Be open to exploring different music companies and genres. I've worked with many types of music and in various settings, and I've learned a lot, even when it wasn't my favorite. Building and maintaining connections is also important because the music industry thrives on trust and relationships.

For anyone wanting to audition for K-Pop groups, most companies hold annual, weekly, and daily auditions worldwide. You can also visit the company websites and submit an application. Here is a link to a young lady on YouTube who provides weekly updates on upcoming auditions, including age requirements: https://www.youtube.com/@LuvieIrene. She also has her own website and offers K-pop audition courses. The cost of the courses ranges from $45 to $85. I hope this is helpful.
