How do I know if a job is the right fit for me?

I will be starting to apply for job within the next 2 months and when in the job search I was wondering how I know if a job is right for me? There are things I know I do want/don't want but how do I weigh the pros and cons and know exactly what is the right job for me?

Thank you for your question. Below are my suggestions :
1. Look for jobs relevant to your major and minor in college
2. Review the job description carefully and do dome research on the company
3. If you apply via job agencies, they will help you to find a job that is relevant for your qualifications and experience
4. If you have interview opportunities, you can ask the interviewer questions at the end of the interview to understand the company and the job better
