Should I worry about my future work schedule?

I want to be a doctor at a hospital but I’m afraid to go into the health field and work there because I know a doctors work schedule is early in the morning and you have to be on call. #doctor #hospital #schedule

I think it's something you should have in mind, that will be your life once you choose that field, but when you do what you love, it doesn't matter.

Going to medical school and serving internships and residency programs will be demanding and often require long hours and intensive sustained attention. The choice of speciality may alter the demands and you may prefer to work in a private practice clinic with daytime hours. Consider training in research studies with daytime hours. or community health programs, or hospital administration.
