Colleges usually have offices that can help with these types of problems and often have scholarships for these costs and materials to help with visas. You should talk with them in the first instance as they would be the most likely to offer you a scholarship, or point you to scholarships that are often given to students enrolled there.

If you are looking for funding on Visa and travel, you should connect with institutions within your home country. US universities don't likely provided funding or grants for travel. You could apply for a student loan and use some of that money for your travel purpose. There could possibly be a source of funding, either from organizations or companies from your home country or your government.
