That's so many things I want to list, but my top 3 is being able to release my creativity, always continuing to learn something new and trying out new recipes and techniques.

My favorite thing most of all is the pleasure and satisfaction of making people happy when they eat your food. So often I hear this reminds me of my childhood or my grandmothers cooking or just this is the best I have ever had. It is self gratifying and delicious.
