Robin’s Answer

When I interview a person, first they need to demonstrate ability to do the job. Once they've done that, I always look for someone who would be a "good fit" in the organization. This means they have the right outlook and philosophy. Skills are teachable. Attitude is generally something which is not easily changed.

Identify what you want then follow your heart and you will always find the right position.

Wael’s Answer
