Claudia’s Answer

Camaraderie is one of the most important components in a kitchen . We spend more time in the kitchen with our peers sometimes than with our own families so having friend ships at work is not a bad thing

LaTricia T.’s Answer

Camaraderie in the kitchen is very important because you must be able to work with and trust your teammates. Working in a kitchen, particularly a restaurant environment, can be very stressful. You want to ensure that you get your customer's food correct while also maintaining safety standards. Having other people that you can count on to do their part is critical for all of your success.
