What is best class size really depends on you and how you learn the best. If you came from a small high school like I did, you might be more comfortable with smaller classes with a better teacher-to-student ratio, allowing for more personalized attention and opportunities for Q&A during class. But, if your learning style does not require that kind of close attention, you may do well with a larger class size. But it again goes back to your preferences...either way, look at how you learn the best and govern your choice accordingly.

This depends entirely on your personality. If you need personal attention from the teachers/TA's, you may benefit from a smaller class size.
